Technician Julian was exceptional! He arrived at our home promptly and got to work assessing our HVAC system. He was very thorough and kept us informed of his findings with detailed photos. Julian was very professional and polite. What stood out the most was his honesty and integrity. We encountered multiple HVAC companies that attempted to scam us indicating that our 13 yr old regularly maintained unit needed to be replaced immediately. Julian confirmed our system was in good working order and should last a few more years. I would highly recommend ITAK and Julian to anyone for their HVAC needs.

Great company to work with and entire process and install was seamless!

Matthew and Scott were the installers of a new furnace/AC in our condo. They did an excellent job. They took great care in protecting our unit as they were moving old unit out and bringing new unit in. They answered all our questions and left everything neat and clean when they finished. We've been customers of ITAK for a number of years and have always been satisfied with their personnel and the quality of their work. We were not surprised that today's installation was very smooth and efficient thanks to Matthew and Scott.

Contacted ITAK on a Sunday afternoon because our heat wasn’t working. The on-call tech, Alex, contacted me within 10 minutes and diagnosed the problem over the phone. Within 2 hours, it was fixed. Alex’s knowledge and ability to determine the issue so quickly was very impressive and he explained everything in terms we could understand. Very thankful I called!

He thought it might be a simple problem we could easily address ourselves and gave us clear instruction over the phone.
