A friendly voice answered me on an early Sunday evening and had someone here an hour later to check my furnace! I can’t recommend this company enough. I have dealt with them for years and am always struck by their knowledge, neatness, and quick response. I even got a follow-up call to check the results! You’d do well to keep their number handy!!

We have been using ITAK for the last 6 years or so. They installed our current boiler and hot water heater. Our boiler was making a noise that we had not heard before. Itak sent out a technician same day. Alex was able to pinpoint the issue quickly. He was very professional as well as being a nice guy. I would recommend ITAK to anyone looking for an HVAC contractor.

ITAK was excellent. Technician was excellent, they diagnosed my no heat situation in 10 minutes. Service excellent. Very impressed by technician and overall service of this company. I would highly recommend ITAK.

Very professional

I was having trouble with my 9 year old Navien combi boiler. I called ITAK and Alex came out quickly and explained what the problems were and that since it was originally installed incorrectly by another company, I would continue to have problems. He suggested I get a new Navien combi boiler. Wayne arranged for next day installation. Brad and all employees were very professional and knowledgeable and worked for several hours on the installation. I am very pleased with ITAK and highly recommend them for all heating and cooling needs.

ITAK Heating and Cooling was a pleasure to work with. Everything they said they would do with our HVAC project was done. All the employees that helped us were polite and professional. They installed a new AC condensing unit, Multi Evaporator Coil, and a Furnace in 2 days. The AC unit was running the first night which was so appreciated because of the heat wave that hit our area this past week. Excellent service and cooperation with us during the entire process.
