We had some repairs/improvements made to our aging Oil Heating Furnace as we have been fighting an intermittent Lockout issue. The upgrades appeared to fix it, but 4 days later the problem reoccurred. Kevin and Larry came back out immediately that same day to continue troubleshooting and rectify the issue. Thanks again for the awesome support!

It just dosent get any better than these guys. Responsive, neat, accurate and qualified. My water heater blew Thursday night. They were here Friday morning with a new water heater. 2 guys over more than 4 hours did a perfect job. I so appreciate this kind of company.

My heat wasn’t working and the IT tech professional Kevin was out within an hour and got it working for me in very cold weather! This happened late on a Sunday night. Kevin was very professional and thorough

My tankless hot water heater showed an error message that I could not reset. I had no heat and no hot water; and I was having family for dinner. I was in dire need of this being fixed. I contacted ITAK and spoke with Kevin. After some rearranging he was able to give me a time frame in which he could arrive to do the repairs. When Kevin arrived we found that the HW heater now would not even turn on. Further checking showed that a circuit board was damaged and needed to be replaced. Thankfully an associate who had the part was able to bring it to Kevin and he was able to complete the work. I will not ever hesitate to contact ITAK and Kevin for future repairs and/or replacements.

A friendly voice answered me on an early Sunday evening and had someone here an hour later to check my furnace! I can’t recommend this company enough. I have dealt with them for years and am always struck by their knowledge, neatness, and quick response. I even got a follow-up call to check the results! You’d do well to keep their number handy!!

We have been using ITAK for the last 6 years or so. They installed our current boiler and hot water heater. Our boiler was making a noise that we had not heard before. Itak sent out a technician same day. Alex was able to pinpoint the issue quickly. He was very professional as well as being a nice guy. I would recommend ITAK to anyone looking for an HVAC contractor.
